Being the artistic director of a summer festival – especially a LATE summer festival – you have permanently spoiled your summer holidays.
However, it is worth it! I will perform three times during Rudersdal Sommerkoncerter this summer – great pieces by Szymanowski, Bach, Stravinsky, Brahms and others, of course including this year’s two festival composers, Danish Karl Aage Rasmussen and American Tina Davidson.
Programming, promoting and interacting with the audience and the other musicians is also truly inspiring.
